A new beginning

I'm so pumped for this new school starting up. I just took the students down to the park near the base, they really feel out of place still, and played volleyball for about 4-5 hours, even past sunset. It was totally amazing, by the end all the staff and school leaders had left and it was just me and the students. I can't believe the openess and readiness they have. God has got amazing moves to make in their lives and their hearts are open. I'm pumped to be leading such a great, open group of young people who are laying it all down for the Lord.

God has really been speaking to us about this school as well. Hes been saying that although our priority may be to help the students along and to offer them God in new ways. Our focus should be harnessing them into the mission field and we should be pushing a new extreme of evangelism. Even before we met the students God was telling us that they were incredibly strong in the spirit and ready to be used for big things. He hand picked them for a specific mission, and we have a responsibility to intercede and seek to bring them face to face with God. I never expected strength like this though. Its amazing!

There are 10 Canadians, 8 Americans, 2 Aussies, a dutch, a finnish, and a swedish guy. So its going to be an authentically North American team. And the Canadians can all frown at team Canada's performance at once! But at least we have some great Canadian intercessors down here for team Canada, they can't lose! ;)

Peace, Love and Prayers!
