Compromise

I've stopped sharing revelations really, and now I just share plans. So, I thought seeing how this is my online journal, I will also share what God has been teaching me lately.
Compromise reminds me of the tower of Babel. So many people believe that rather than themselves being created in the image of God, God can be created in the image of man, aka THEIR IMAGE. They bend and "out-of-contextualize" God to suit their compromise. Whether in political views, personal convictions or the softening of the gospel message! All of this is trying to be God rather than serve Him (hence the tower of Babel relation). The tower of Babel was mans attempt to reach God...without God, and in their own strength. So often we set an agenda then fit God into that agenda, rather than understanding God's agenda and living by it. Dieing to our own rights and pre/mis - conceptions.
If we bend God to the agenda of man we a create an imperfect, limited being in the eyes of others. Even to ourselves, because God can be anything we don't allow Him to be in our lives. As we yield to Him we see Him. And our minds limit Him. We basically taint Gods character with our own opinions and make Him look like an idiot! Because is more of us people see than God!

Teachability: The Key to Success

HELLLOOO ALL,
It was a great week, we had 3 international speakers with much experience and authority! Armando Benner, a messianic Jew from Venezuela, who has produced a movie, written books, pioneered an urban ministry in Amsterdam, and started an international ministry called Nations to Nations! Edwin Fillies, pioneered a YWAM base in South Africa under a devout hindu government, also worked with Armando in establishing Nations to Nations. Jon Dawson, who has written many best-selling books, "Taking Our Cities for God" etc... and is now the YWAM International President!
Anyway, they were all amazing, but Armando and I connected best and I received a lot of revelation from the Holy Spirit while he was speaking and teaching. Even things that were not connected to what he was saying directly, God was just really speaking to me in very specific ways! I'm starting to realize the need to have impartation from a mentor who has been through the type of ministry that you may be going into. Experience helps for teaching and preaching, but for DOING you need to start with receiving wisdom from those who have done! I feel a pull to connect with some international ministry workers and pioneers and work under them, just serving their mission and receiving from them! I also was told by God to start writting again! So I need to do that! As well as some major confirmation through VERY specific prophecies that I have heard about 5 times now. Still waiting on God to speak sovereignly as well! But overall it was a very exciting, faithbuilding, drive producing, clarity of vision, and destiny imparting week!

Shalom!

The Weeks Ahead

Here I am, getting down to preparing for our trip to Solomons and still dealing with staffing a school. We just had a topic called "The Father Heart of God" and we had a speaker named Ken Helser who totally rocked the students world. He introduced them to God the Father (Abba) in a whole new intimate way! And they responded amazingly!
As for the trip to Solomons, the students now have their vaccinations and we have drawn up a budget! Just pricing plane tickets now!!
Personal Revelation...well, God has really been speaking to me about my generation! How we are generally a generation of hurt, and neglect. Not just as Christians but globally! And how the generations before us were very strong and have done a lot, but being strong in themselves has made them a hard generation to work through sometimes. God is taking the hurt and brokeness of our generation, a generation where life is even more a gift than ever with abortion, where so much of the generation is either fatherless or comes from a broken family, a generation dictated too by so many commercial bodies....and our redemptive God is picking us up and using our weakness to create a dependancy on Him, as a crutch!
I've seen so many very broken people redeemed and turned into broken dependant pillars of strength in the past months, its amazing and I'm so excited to see what God has in store for this Joshua generation!

Much Love!!
Shalom

Your Prayers

I need a prayer shield for the weekend. We are going to a church that has some spiritual oppression over it. Many weird happenings are going on and we know its going to be an intense battle because God is speaking so much about it. A few things He has said are to contact people as a prayer covering from home. That my family should be praying for themselves! So do that!! As we take an on sight victory here, the enemy will be throwing some punches to hinder me outside of my own situation and try to oppress you guys. But you have the victory, now that you are aware of the situation!
As a base we are holding ourselves accountable also for the revival of Australia and the revival is starting from the small rural towns in Australia. And that was also a prophecy, this church is seeing at least 1-4 people saved a week in it consistantly. But now some spiritual issues are coming up in the form of sickness and cunfusion, chronic fatigue...etc... SO we are being sent in to bring revival, which will flow from this church, this town, this region forth and God has spoken and said this will lead to a massive revival in Australia. Needless to say there will be little sleep even if we wanted to, the enemy is going to be attacking at all times...I don't think that he will let us sleep, haha. I AM pumped for this war though! Its turf God really wants to take! There are only a few of us who are sure we are called and supposed to be there who will be going. The enemy is ready for us...but is he ready for God and the light that we possess!?

Peace, Love and Prayers!

Some Changes Being Made

I've found out my next outreach location for sure and I'll be leading a team in the Solomon Islands! We are planning on going to completely unreached people groups...generally outreaches for our school would consist of going to familiar locations and discipling churches of nominal christians, along with limited unreached ministry. But we will be going to unreached terrain with strictly, "the gospel message". If all goes well anyway! Its going to be an amazing adventure and I know we are going to see some amazing salvations!

On a side note, I now drive standard mom and dad!!! In Australia. AND they asked if I could take the test to get my bus license! So we'll see what happens!! But don't worry, I'm really good at stick...I've only almost crashed a couple times!! (muahahaha, just messin with you guys!)

I'm also starting up my focus group today on being a Revolutionary...a radical christian whos idea of balance is being radically sold out for Christ! I want to focus on radical faith and being a martyr for the Lord, in the sense that we are already dead to ourselves and living submitted to Him.

Peace, Love and Prayers!
